Vice-Director, International Fund “Golden Heritage of Vitebsk”(NGO); Chief of Department, Institute of Sociology (National Academy of Sciences of Belarus); General Director of the Center for Intercultural Dialogue. She's worked as Director of the Center for Multicultural Education and Deputy Director, Chief Administrative Unit for Science (Belarusian State University), as Director of the F.Skaryna National Scientific and Educational Center (it used only Belarusian and English), in the Ministry of Education of Belarus (supervised socio and humanitarian curricula at higher institutions), as a Lecturer of the Belarusian studies. Liubou Uladykouskaja is a well-known local culturologist. She is the author of more than 250 academic works, including four books about the Belarusian national culture, multicultural dialogue, strategy of the national-cultural and spiritual development of modern Belarus, its European values, preservation of the cultural originality, globalization, and religion. She's participated in joint scientific projects in Poland, Great Britain, Germany, Luxembourg, France, the USA, Sweden, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Ukraine and others. She has initiated and successfully implemented multiple civic society activities (organization and running of constantly working exhibitions, libraries, art galleries, clubs, ex. the Terminological Commission at the Ministry of Education, the Belarusian Club of Christians and Intellectuals, the Discussion club “Disputant” at the scientific magazine “Higher education”, etc). Liubou Uladykouskaja organized about 120 international conferences, seminars, round tables and presentations (without being financed) on national cultural traditions, the Belarusian language, intercultural dialogue, national cultural development and European integration of Belarus, all of which found a broad response in the society. Liubou Uladykouskaja cooperated with various international scientific, educational and cultural organizations, embassies of the EU countries in Belarus, members and officials of various religions, leaders of many political parties, social groups, movements and initiatives. She’s also worked as a journalist (including radio- and TV-performances). Languages: Belarusian, English, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian.
