Vladimir Karyagin: Authorities start to pay attention to business – association

On January, 15th chairman of Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers, chairman of presidium of Republican confederation Vladimir Karyagin was interviewed on air in a studio of TUT.BY

Year 2009 had a label of liberalization. Vladimir Karyagin told about the effectiveness of state decisions, dialogue of business and authority and about plans for liberalization of different spheres of our life this year.
