The 2^nd General Assembly of the Association of Legal Entities “Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship” took place on November 25, 2009. Vladimir Karyagin was re-elected as the Chairman of the Supreme Coordination Council of ALE “Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship” and co-chairs were elected: Margelov V.E., Silin N.M. (current Chairman of the Confederation) and Skvorchevsky S.G.
The first issue on the agenda was the adoption of new members of the Confederation, which included:
- PUE “Vitorzhye-BEYUM”, Novopolotsk
- “MAGIC” Ltd, Minsk
- “Lev, Sherstnev & PARTNERS” Ltd, Minsk
- PJUE “Electronics and Diagnostics”, Molodechno
- “Makani Coaching Center” Ltd, Minsk
During the meeting participants discussed the activities of the Confederation in 2007-2009 and recognized them as satisfactory. They also identified priorities for 2010-2012.

Strengthening the business climate and business environment in Belarus. The annual formation and promotion of  Belarus National Business Platform;

Strengthening the potential of business associations, service organizations and business support infrastructure;

Improving the information maintenance system of the members' activities of ALE "Republic Confederation of Entrepreneurship";

Building a positive image of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus, focusing on the positive role of entrepreneurship in society and the state

Participating in the development of civil society in Belarus

- ensuring the perception of business associations as active members of civil society in Belarus;

- strengthening the functions of Advocacy (protection of rights and representation of interests of entrepreneurs and subjects of economic initiative;

Improving coordination and planning process of ALE "Republic Confederation of Entrepreneurship". Promoting the development of the modern management framework

Preparing a strategic development plan of ALE "Republic Confederation of Entrepreneurship" (as a national association representing the interests of a private sector of Belarusian economy and competitive market infrastructure) together with business associations and other members of ALE "Republic Confederation of Entrepreneurship".

The last on the list was the election of members of the Audit Commission. It was decided to elect:
1.Polutorov Eduard Uryevich - director of the “Local Fund of entrepreneurial mutual assistance and solidarity";
2.Prokopchik Andrei Anatolyevich - director of CJSC “Intellect – Consult”;
3.Danko Sergey Olegovich - director of "Technology" Ltd.
as members of the Audit Commission of ALE "Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship"

Remarks concerning the conduct of the 2nd General Assembly of ALE "Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship" and the observance of regulations have not been received.
